SIPOC
SIPOC is short for Suppier, Input, Process, Output and
Customer. The purpose of a SIPOC is to clarify where the investigated starts,
ends and who the customers and suppliers to the process are. Customers and
Suppliers are potential team members. The most important outputs will be part of
the CTQ:s of the project and the inputs are potential sources of causes to the
problems.
